Can’t I use Claude, CoPilot or ChatGPT etc. to access this same information?

The answer is simple: you can’t. You won’t find all our rural sales training material on any of the big LLMs because we didn’t want to add our IP to models that copy, scrape and train other models on our sensitive information - much like you with your own information. Remember all LLMs are predictive token machines which means you’re more likely to get generic AI “slop” rather than the specific rural sales knowledge base FieldCoach retrieves from. Not all AI tools are trained the same.

Can you see what I ask and save the files I upload?

We can only see your token use and anonymous themes so our developer team can resolve any friction issues relating to usability or performance. All files you upload are read-only as we don’t have the data capacity to save these.

How secure and private is my data?

We have legal agreements with any back-up AI models that are prohibited from using your data to train other models. This means you can be reassured your data is not being shared with anyone else - and you can request for a copy of your data and its deletion at any time.

As a Manager can I see my team’s usage?

This is a new feature that will be coming soon. Meantime we can provide data usage per rep or team anytime you want. Just ask [email protected]

Won’t I get the same results I get from other LLM/AI tools?
