What is Rural Sales Manager Mastery™ exactly?
It’s a live coaching and peer-learning programme for rural sales managers and leaders. We focus on leadership, coaching, performance management, recruitment, motivation, time/energy managment, using AI tools and the real-world challenges of running a rural sales team.
Where does the training take place?
All training happens online via Zoom every Tuesday 8am AEST/10am NZT (that's around mid-late afternoon Mondays for US and Canada/CT), using a recurring link stored in the Skool Calendar. That means your managers can join from anywhere with a decent connection. All calls are recorded and loaded into the portal same day if you can't be there or need to miss due to travel/transit/client appointments.
What platform do you use for content and community?
We use Skool as our training portal and community hub. Inside Skool you’ll find the Classroom (where you will be able to download all training, references, masterclasses, cheat sheets, scripts and templates) and tap into the power of the the Community (Q&A, posts, updates, call links).
Are calls recorded?
Yes. Every session is recorded so managers who miss a call can catch up. Recordings and transcripts can be searched and revisited so key concepts stick.
Can my team ask questions between calls?
Absolutely. Managers can post questions inside the portal at any time. St John responds directly, and often other members jump in with their own experiences and solutions which means you can tap into the power of the collective group.
Is 1:1 support included?
You get a free 1-hour onboarding call with St John. If your managers need extra help, you can request a link to book a 1:1 session – we just ask this is used fairly so everyone in the community has access. Please don't abuse the privilege!
